INDO CHINESE CHICKEN

Procedure:

INGREDIENTS. CHICKEN - 1 KG WHITE BUTTER - 4 TBSP ONION (SAMBAR ONION) - 1/2KG CAPCICUM - 1 GINGER PASTE - 1/2 TBSP GARLIC PASTE - 1/2 TBSP SALT - TO TASTE TOMOTO - 3 RED CHILLE PWD - 3 TBSP GARAM MASALA PWD - 1/2 TSP SONF PWD - 2 TSP CHILLE SAUCE - 4 TBSP SOYA SAUCE - 2 TBSP TOMOTO SAUCE - 5 TBSP WATER - 1 CUP RED COLOUR - A PINCH MILK - 1 CUP ALMOND - 50 GRM LEMON - 1 CURD - 1/2 CUP METHOD Chicken clean well & give cuts in chicken pieces & marenate with salt,lemon & keep a side for 1/2 an hour. in a pan add butter as it melts add onion & capcicum cut in to big square cuts & fry well as it becomes transperent add g.g paste & fry well for some time then add red chille pwd & add marenated chicken pieces (only the pieces)& saute well as it cooks little add tomoto paste ,garam masala,sonf pwd,almond paste,chille sauce, soya sauce, tomoto sauce,curd,& cook well add one by one ,cook well when it leaves the sides add 1cup of milk & colour & cook little & if needed add lemon or not necessary,add water mix well close & cook for few more mints till the chicken is cook add salt to taste ,as the chicken is cook when oil comes out & shine, the indo chinese chicken is ready to serve garnish with dhaniya leaves & little butter on top to shine & serve hot with chapatties, roties,fried rice etc...
