Procedure:
Ingredients: Gobindabhog rice - 1 cup Sugar - 2 cups Milk - 2 litres Raisins - 50 gm (soaked in lukewarm water) Preparation: Boil milk (leave 1 cup aside). Add rice when the milk starts bubbling. In a small pot take the remaining 1 cup of milk and boil till it thickens. Keep aside. Cook till the rice is almost done and the milk is thick. Add sugar and continue cooking till rice is completely done. Add the remaining 1 cup of thickened milk and raisins. Serve chilled.
